Founded in Sep 2024 MAD MAX MEDIA began as a personal project by founder and lead Digital Media Specialist, John Geoffrey popular as Madmax With a background in Digital media and a lifelong passion for visual storytelling, Madmax launched the company from his small home studio in Nairobi, Kenya.

The journey started with street and family portraits and local event coverage, but as demand grew, so did the vision. MAD MAX MEDIA quickly expanded its services to include weddings, lifestyle sessions, commercial shoots, and editorial photography. By mid 2025, the company had a full-time skilled team and a dedicated studio space, equipped with the latest gear and editing tools.
